My Story
With a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from Winthrop University and a Master’s in HR Management from Capella University, my professional journey has taken me through a wide range of roles across multiple industries in the HR space. From recruitment and employee relations to HRIS and systems implementation, I’ve built a career rooted in adaptability, strategy, and people-centered solutions.
But my path hasn’t been linear—and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
Outside the traditional HR realm, I hold a cosmetology license and once owned and operated both a salon and an online hair boutique. These ventures sparked my love for entrepreneurship and gave me hands-on experience in branding, customer experience, and digital business operations. I taught myself to build websites, manage e-commerce platforms, and implement efficient systems—skills I’ve since used in both creative and corporate environments.
Over the past 10 years, I’ve cultivated a unique blend of technical knowledge, business acumen, and creative vision. Whether I’m streamlining HR processes or building beautiful, functional digital spaces, I bring a solutions-oriented mindset and a sharp eye for what works.
